Beginning Winter 2023, we will be implementing a “Picked and Paid” policy for CSA subscriptions and Custom orders. To provide a brief refresher for our CSA ordering cycle:
· Ordering open from Thursday to Sunday (Wednesday-Sunday for Winter)
· Orders collated and finalized on Sunday
· Monday – Wednesday, adjustments on a case by case basis
· Orders finalized Wednesday – all order adjustments cutoff
· Orders Packed on Thursday
· Regular fulfillment Thursday through Saturday
· Alternate pickup Sunday – Tuesday: alternate pickup requests must be schedule through farm@willowsfordfarm.com by Tuesday at 12pm.
· All unclaimed orders donated on Wednesday to Dulles South Food Pantry.
